1. Who we are

Legiscorpo is operated by Rosy Jaiswal & Associates, a Company Secretary firm registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). References to “we,” “us,” and “Legiscorpo” mean Rosy Jaiswal & Associates.

2. Our services

We provide company secretarial, ROC filing, compliance, and related advisory services as described on our service pages. Each service page states what is included; anything outside that scope is billed separately and only after you agree to it.

3. Fees and payment

• Fees are as listed on the service page at the time you place your order.
• Payment is collected by UPI, directly to our registered account. We do not use a payment gateway or store your card details.
• An order is confirmed only after we manually verify payment on our end.
• Government fees, stamp duty, and third-party charges are not included unless stated.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us accurate information and documents, and for responding to our requests promptly. Filing delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by you are not our responsibility.

5. Confidentiality

Documents and information you share with us are used only to deliver the service you have engaged us for, and are handled under the same confidentiality standards ICSI membership requires of us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

7. Limitation of liability

We deliver services with professional care, but we are not liable for losses arising from regulatory changes, third-party delays (such as ROC/MCA portal downtime), or actions you take independently of our advice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in the applicable jurisdiction having exclusive authority.
