Refund Policy

This policy explains when a refund is available for a service booked through Legiscorpo and how to request one.
1. Before work begins
If you cancel before we have started work on your order, and payment has been confirmed but no filing, drafting, or advisory work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund.
2. Once work has started
Once we have begun work, such as preparing documents, filing with the ROC/MCA, or holding an advisory session, the fee for that portion of work is non-refundable. Any remaining, unstarted portion of the service can be cancelled and refunded.
3. Non-refundable amounts
- Government fees, stamp duty, and statutory charges already paid on your behalf.
- Work already completed at the time of cancellation.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us using the details below with your order reference and the reason for cancellation. We confirm eligibility and the refund amount within 2 working days.
5. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are sent back to the UPI account the payment came from, typically within 5-7 working days of approval.
